Create an account, choose an available work, enter a supported shipping address, and complete Stripe Checkout. Debuted currently supports buy-now purchases in U.S. dollars. Your order page shows status, tracking, receipts, and the order conversation.
Artwork can vary slightly from screens and photographs. Review dimensions, medium, framing, condition, edition, shipping, and return terms before paying.
The artist ships from the origin and within the handling time shown on the listing. Available destinations and shipping charges vary by seller. Tracking appears after shipment. An order is automatically treated as delivered 14 days after shipment if the buyer does not confirm earlier, subject to disputes.
Listings either accept returns requested within 14 days or are final sale. Buyers pay change-of-mind return shipping; sellers pay when an item is not as described. Open the order thread promptly for damage, missing delivery, authenticity concerns, cancellation, or a return. See the Buyer Returns Policy for full terms.
Sellers must be 18 or older and located in the United States. The application asks for verified contact details, 3–5 portfolio images, a biography, location, and acceptance of the Seller Agreement. Approved artists complete Stripe Connect verification before publishing. Rejected applicants may reapply after 30 days.
The standard platform fee is 17% of the item subtotal, with a 0% fee for the first 90 days after seller approval unless a disclosed override applies. Debuted pays Stripe processing fees out of its fee. Debuted transfers proceeds through Stripe Connect when the seller ships with tracking; Stripe’s payout schedule then applies.
Use listing and profile report controls for suspected scams, prohibited content, infringement, or work the seller does not own. Stripe verifies seller identity; Debuted does not store identity documents. Never move payment or order communication off-platform at another user’s request.
